Nikki and I went for a walk in Nashville's Centennial Park, and saw a huge line coming out of Red's 615 Kitchen. We looked at their menu, and saw a "Hot Chicken Mac and Cheese Bowl." We had to try it!

The Mac was served to us in a to-go container, and was LOADED with Nashville Hot Chicken. I only ordered it "Hot" this time - I learned my lesson about ordering chicken "Nashville Hot"... 😅 The cheese sauce this time round was based on "Pimento Cheese" and was FANTASTIC. Honestly, a rich, creamy, cheesy sauce like this is perfect for spicy chicken. The noodles were a little overcooked, but that's small potatoes. This Mac was a delight!

So yeah, if you're in the area, try out Red's 615 Kitchen. Note: they can be a little slow as they are popular with tour groups, so ordering ahead would be a good idea.
