Nikki and I travelled next to Baltimore, Maryland. After perusing the National Aquarium to see a bunch of cool fish, we stopped by the Pratt Street Ale House to grab some of their Crab Mac and Cheese!
Overall, this Mac and Cheese was alright. The sauce was a basic creamy cheddar sauce, but nothing too exceptional. However, they did add a bunch of toasty, melted cheddar to the top of the dish. I liked that bit quite a lot, since it brought back memories of tasty grilled cheeses. The crab was decent, but nothing to write home about. The dish used cavatappi noodles, and while they were slightly overcooked, it wasn't enough to detract from the rest of the meal.
Overall, a pleasant Mac and Cheese. If we came back, I might decide to get it again, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. They did have some pretty nice salads, though! Which is great because on this trip we are now 11 Mac and Cheeses in, and my body is NOT happy with me. 😅
